Here’s a list of the novels I’ve written so far. As well as a picture of the cover, you’ll find a description of the story and a ‘writer’s commentary’ that lifts the lid on how the novel came to be written, along with (hopefully) interesting tidbits that you’ll not find anywhere else. In addition to all this, you’ll be able to buy these books from the Black Library. Enjoy!

Humanity was not the first to walk among the stars. Their existence is a mere blink of an eye to the immortal beings that still exist. A discovery has been made that may lead to a savage upheaval in their aeon-long dormancy. Captain Uriel Ventris of the Ultramarines must fight to defeat both fiendish aliens and diabolical men in a race for an ancient device of galaxy-destroying power! In a dark and gothic future, humanity fights a constant battle for survival in a hostile universe. Now hell has come to Hydra Cordatus, for a massive force of terrifying Iron Warriors, brutal assault troops of Chaos, have invaded the planet and lain siege to its mighty Imperial citadel. But what prize could possibly be worth so much savage bloodshed and destruction? When asked to honour an ancient debt, Captain Uriel Ventris and the Ultramarines find themselves standing shoulder to shoulder with brother Space Marines and local Imperial Guard units, defending a vital industrial system. The Tyranids take no prisoners and show no mercy, consuming all in an attempt to sate their unending hunger for bio-matter. Grizzled ex-general, Kaspar von Velten, find himself inadequately prepared for his duties as the new ambassador to the court of Tsarina Katarin of Kislev. Unused to the power struggles and politics at court, Kaspar soon learns to apply his battlefield experience in order to cajole, influence and get his own way. But when the Tsarina’s cousin is found murdered in a debtors prison in Kaspar’s homeland, relationships become strained to the point of war. Amidst this crisis and prophecies of impending doom, a bestial serial killer prepares to strike at the very heart of power. Graham McNeill’s first fantasy novel is set against a grand backdrop of war, political intrigue and Chaos! Following the war-torn events in The Ambassador, grizzled ex-general Kaspar von Velten returns to the frozen lands of Kislev to continue his role as the Empire’s ambassador to the court of the Tsarina. But with the massed hordes of Chaos rampaging from the north, Kaspar must uncover the dark agents hidden within the city before they can bring the defences tumbling down. As a combined Empire/Kislevite army ride out to meet the dark Lord Archaon in battle at a vital rock formation known as Ursun’s Teeth, Kaspar faces a desperate race against time! Uriel Ventris enters the dreaded Eye of Terror with a dreaded Death Oath placed upon him by his Chapter Master after being banished from the Ultramarines for breaking faith with the Codex Astartes. Here he will face his darkest nightmares, temptation and a dreaded foe who will become his greatest nemesis. The dark forest of Athel Loren, home of the wood elves, is a place of mystery and danger, a place no mortal man dares enter. Leofric, a noble knight of Bretonnia, has been raised since birth to shun and fear the forest and its enigmatic denizens. But a beastman plot to corrupt the sacred places of Athel Loren throws Leofric into an uneasy alliance with the wood elf Kyarno as they battle the invasion. If the beastmen succeed, not only will the elves and their forest home be corrupted forever, but the destructive spirits of the forest will be unleashed to lay waste to all Bretonnia! The Great Crusade that has taken humanity into the stars continues. The Emperor of mankind has handed the reins of command to his favoured son, the Warmaster Horus. Yet all is not well in the armies of the Imperium. Horus is still battling against the jealousy and resentment of his brother primarchs and, when he is injured in combat on the planet Davin, he must also battle his inner daemon. With all the temptations that Chaos has to offer, can the weakened Horus resist? The epic tale of The Horus Heresy continues in the sequel to Horus Rising. The fate of the galaxy now rests in the simple choice of one man; loyalty or heresy? The Ultramarines are a byword for loyalty and courage, their martial prowess is legendary and is second only to the God-Emperor. Graham McNeill¹s epic trilogy of Ultramarines novels is a masterpiece of non-stop action! Containing the novels Nightbringer, Warriors of Ultramar and Dead Sky, Black Sun, plus a connected short story, the series follows the adventures of Space Marine Captain Uriel Ventris and the Ultramarines as they battle against the enemies of mankind. From their home world of Macragge, into the dreaded Eye of Terror and beyond, Graham McNeill¹s prose rattles like gunfire and brings the Space Marines to life like never before. In the icy Northern Wastes, a mighty army of darkness prepares to sweep southward and lay waste to the civilised lands of the Empire. In this dangerous time, retired Imperial general Kaspar von Velten is sent to Kislev as ambassador to the court of Tsarina Katarin. Unused to the power struggles and politics at court, Kaspar is forced to use all the skills and resources at his command in order to survive in this cold and hostile land. As winter draws in, can Kaspar re-forge the fragile alliance between the Empire and Kislev and prepare its troops for war before the hordes of Chaos are unleashed on the land? This great value omnibus contains the two novel The Ambassador and Ursun’s Teeth. Graham McNeill takes the reader to the 31st millennium, when humanity is at the peak of its powers. As the Great Crusade, led by Warmaster Horus, continues to conquer the galaxy, Fulgrim, the god-like Primarch of the Emperor’s Children Space Marine Legion, leads his warriors into battle against a vile alien foe.

From the blood of this campaign the seeds are sown that will lead this proud legion to treachery, taking them down the darkest of paths to corruption. Leading up to the carnage of the Dropsite Massacre on Isstvan V, this is the tale of Fulgrim’s tragic fall from grace.
